Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Mallam Uba Sani has donated a Ford Galaxy Car to the Kaduna State Nigeria Union of Journalist.
The donation which was done at the state NUJ secretariat, was witnessed by many journalists from the state chapels who showered praises on the senator.
Represented by the Chief Zonal constituency officer Alh Abubakar Rabiru, the Senator said the gesture was aimed at helping the Union facilitate their working condition.
He explained that he was particularly inspired to make the donation because of the history the current chairman made as the first female in Northwest and Kaduna State in specific.
The Senator who recently declared his intention to contest for the governorship position in the 2023 general election stressed that the media is a good partner for veritable change.
Responding, the chairman of the Union Comrade Asmau Yawo Halilu appreciated the Senator for the gesture while wishing him the best in his political pursuits.
