Groups Celebrate Buhari’s Achievements In Jigawa

A Coalition of Political Groups has described achievements made by President  Muhammadu Buhari in Jigawa as unprecedented in the history of the state.

The group known as The Buhari Organization TBO stated this during an occasion organized to celebrate and showcase the development brought to the state by the Buhari led administration.

Speaking, the chairman of the group Alhaji Musa Gambo Guri explained that, they organized the occasion to celebrate the achievement and also lunch a strategic plan for public enlightenment on the impacts of APC administration in the state.

He explained that families in Jigawa state were directly or indirectly benefited from the projects and programs executed by President Buhari’s administration in the state.

According to him,  every month, President Buhari is directly injecting over  N600 million into the common man through Social security program under which over 160,000 fewer privileges received N5,000 monthly.

He said, under Buhari, the federal roads in jigawa have been rehabilitated or under construction to facilitate transportation of goods and services for enhancing social and economic development.

In the education sector, Gambo Guri pointed out that, the President approved the establishment of five higher institutions including the University of Technology in the state, while over N10, billion was spent as intervention in various state higher institutions.

In the agricultural sector, he said, thousands of small, medium and large scale farmers have benefited from various interventions and loans, over 7,000 hectares developed for irrigation which improved the agricultural outputs and the spring up of numbers of Agro-allied industries in the state.

The Chairman noted that, on health sector in the state, Muhammadu Buhari had approved the establishment of Teaching Hospitals in Dutse which Federal medical centre Birnin kudu was equipped with modern facilities.

Alhaji Musa Gambo Guri added that, the water supply projects executed through Ministry of water resources and constituency projects has contributed in the achievement of over 90% access to clean drinking water in the state.
