Governor Badaru Commends National Defence College

The Governor and team of National Defence College

Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa state has commended the National Defence College for its effort in finding lasting solution to national security challenges.

He stated this when he received the participants of course 30 of National Defence College who paid him a courtesy visit at Government House, Dutse.

Badaru Abubakar commended the National Defence College for its efforts to ending the national problems especially on security issues.

According to him, the state government has a number of policies aimed at ensuring peace and stability between farmers and Fulani herdsmen across the state.

The Governor pointed out that, the state government was working with the community, civil society and voluntary organizations to meet the yearning and aspiration of the people.

Earlier, the Commandant of National Defence College, Rear Admiral Oladele Bamidele Daji said the participants were in the state as part of their study tour.

He congratulated the government and people of the state for being the first in budget transparency and ease of doing businesses among others.

At the Emir’s Palace, Bamidele Daji said he was impressed with the development of the state since its creation.

Responding, the Emir of Dutse, Dr Nuhu Muhammadu Sanusi said the state is witnessing continuous peace and stability as a result of the state government’s commitment and respect to royal fathers.
