Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq says his administration will prioritize teacher welfare within it’s available resources.

Governor AbdulRazq gave the assurance in his message to the year 2021 world teachers Day celebrations with the theme -Teachers at the Heart of Education Recovery,held in Ilorin.

According to him nothing can truly compensate teachers contribution to human civilizations.

He commended the teachers who give their all to grow generations of leaders across every field of human endeavor.

Govenor AbdulRazq explained that without teachers the world will be a place of ignorance with its attendant consequences .

He urged the them to spend today and the rest of their lives holding their heads high as nurturers of civilizations, noting that they should rededicate themselves to their job and invest in continuous self-development as their profession demands.

In his address the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers Kwara state Chapter, Abdullahi Usman commended the state government for embarking on massive infrastructural development in schools across the state.
