The National Identity Management Commission is to deepen Collaboration with the Jigawa state government to ensure that all Civil Servants in the State enroll for the National Identification Number NIN.

The State Coordinator, National Identity Management Commission, Jigawa State office, Alhaji Aminu Jakada stated this  when he paid an advocacy visit  to the office of the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila.

The Coordinator exlained that with the support of the Jigawa state government, the National Identity Management Commission was able to registered 166 million Jigawa state indigenes.

Alhaji Aminu Jakad said that with the support of the state government NIMC has been able to establish more registration centres in the State to enable more people to register with ease.

Responding, the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Hussaini Kila assured that the state government will do all that is possible to ensure that all civil servants in  the state enroll for the National Identification Number.
