Three Bills before the Kaduna State House of Assembly have passed Second Reading and have been sent to an Adhoc Committee to be chaired by Hon Mukhtar Isa Hazo.
In a statement by the SA Media and Publicly to the Kaduna speaker Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani stated that the Bill was for A Law to provide the Establishment of Responsible and Inclusive Land -Based Investment Law, 2021.
Other Bills the statement said was for A Law to Amend the Kaduna State Tax (Codification and Consolidation) Law, 2021 as well as a Bill to Constitute A Law Revision Committee and for compilation of the Revised Laws of Kaduna State and for Related Purposes.
All the above Bills passed Second Reading and are sent to an Adhoc Committe to be chaired by Hon Mukhtar Isa Hazo. Other Members include: Hon Salis D Bala, Hon Yusuf Salisu, Hon Yusuf Mugu, Hon Ayuba Chawuza, Hon Usman Usman Alibaba.
The rest are Hon Aminu Ahmed Rahma, Hon Ahmed Mohammed and Hon Rilwan Aminu Gadagau.
