Niger state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has intercepted a trailer tanker suspected to be carrying adulterated diesel.
They trailer was arrested in Suleja local government council of the state.
Parading the suspects in Minna, Commandant of the Agency Alhaji Haruna Bala Zurmi said they were arrested conveying the product allegedly claimed to have been loaded from Portharcourt in Rivers state.
He directed that a laboratory test be carried out on the sample while the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.
