All Progressive Congress Party (APC) Zamfara state chapter has distributed about 135 trailer trucks of assorted grains as Ramadan gift.
The items includes millet, sugar, rice,maize and other food items to alleviate suffering of the masses.
Flagging off the distribution exercise at the party’s headquarters in Gusau, Senator Kabiru Marafa said each local government council will recieve 5 trailer truck loaded with different food items.
He called on the officials assigned to distribute the commodities to ensure justice and fairness while urging the beneficiaries to show maturity and endurance during the distribution.
The Senator further explained that, more similar gestures were coming and called on party members to remain calm and law abiding citizens.
