Affected farmers Receiving relief materials.

COV/USMAN MZ, JIGAWA.

Jigawa state Emergency Management Agency SEMA has distributed relief materials to farmers affected by flood in Roni and Gwiwa local government areas.

In a speech, representative of the Executive Secretary of the Agency Mallam Garzali Umar said farmers to benefit from the relief were those that have not received during the first distribution exercise.

According to him, the relief materials are the remnants items donated in 2018 by the federal government to affected farmers in 20 local government areas of the state.

Mallam Garzali Umar therefore called on the beneficiaries to make good use of the items.

In their remark, the village heads of Gumama and Korayal commended the  federal and state governments for commitment and concerned to the flood victims.
