Former governor of Zamfara State Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar has revalidated his APC membership card at Rumfar Malam Isa ward in Talata Mafara Local Government area.
Accompanied by the Chairman monitoring committee of exercise to zamfara State from the national headquarters of the party, Alhaji Lawal Kareto, National Commissioner of the National Population Commission, Alhaji Muttaka Rimi,
Yari said APC as a party, attached significance to the exercise and called members to revalidate their memberships to enable them participate actively in affairs and success of the party.
According to him, President Muhammadu Buhari has already flagged off the registration and revalidation exercise while mandating all to register and revalidate their memberships.
He enjoined party stakeholders to ensure both old and new members who have attained 18 years to join APC so as to increase its support base in the State and the country at large.
In a remark, state chairman of the party Alhaji Lawali liman told the gathering that, the registration exercise was very important and would move the party forward.
