Following the unfortunate attack at Minjibir town in Minjibir Local Government Area on Wednesday by unknown gunmen, the Kano State Government has made adequate security arrangements with a view to ensuring safety of lives and properties of citizens in the State.
Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Usman Alhaji made this known in a statement by the Press Secretary of the Cabinet Office, Uba Abdullahi.
The statement assured the public that the perpetrators of the heinous act will be arrested.
It says Directors Personnel Management of the 44 Local Government Areas are directed to increase and enhance security of the NYSC compounds in their various Local Government Areas.
The statement adds that the security of people is the priority of the Kano State Government.
