Residents of Ministerial Pilot Housing Estate, Kaduna Millennium City has protested against over billing by the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company-KEDCO.
The protest which was peaceful demonstration came as a result of exhausting all the necessary avenues in drawing the attention of the company to the plight of the residents.
Protesters carried cardboard with different inscription on it.
