Over three hundred members of various Coalition Joint Task Force are undergoing capacity building programme in Kaduna State.

Co-ordinator of the training committee, Mallam Abubakar Dan’asabe Umar stated this at a sensitization forum.

Mallam Abubakar Umar said the training exercise would expose the volunteers on basics of community policing including modes of arresting suspected criminals and adherence to rule of law.

The Coordinator who said over two thousand volunteers of the Joint Task Force are expected to be trained across the state as part of effort to deepen community policing and tackle insecurity.

In a presentation, a resource person at the forum, Mr. Oluyemi Samuel explained that volunteers will be exposed on the importance of intelligence gathering and rules of engagement.
