Governor Nasiru elrufai of Kaduna State has isolated himself as a precautionary pending a test on Covid 19 on Sunday.
The governor announced this to the people of the state on Friday night in a short video which he twitted on his Twitter handled.
According to governor Elrufai, he has been notified of more positive Covid-19 test results of persons close to him, including an immediate family member and senior officials of the Kaduna State Government.
He urged residents to continue use of facemask and avoid large gathering of people.
