A Non Governmental Organization AID Foundation has advocated for both formal and informal education approach as panacea for lasting Peace in the society.

The program manager, Miss Oluwafisayo Olorunfemi stated this during a program with young women on the occasion of International Day of Peace in Kaduna.

Miss Oluwafisayo said government and parents alike must initiate conducive platform for conversation towards sustainable Peace.

She stressed that Peace courses should be added to school curriculum and young people be thought ethics and morals that reflect humanity.

The program officer appealed to all to forgive one another and work in synergy to achieve peace in the state.

The International Day of Peace is devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire.
