Christians have been encouraged to rededicate their lives to God Almighty in preparation for his coming.

Senior Pastor, ECWA Kaduna South District Church Council, DCC.Reverend Iliya Yunana gave the encouragement during the final internment service of Former Radio Presenter and Editor, Pastor Mrs. Grace Isaac Buru who died after a brief illness in Kaduna.

The Officiating minister explained that death was inevitable in human nature and that in a time like this, people could only take comfort from God.

Addressing the Crowd during the wake keep service, Husband of the deceased and Founder of Christ Evangelical and Life Intervention Fellowship, Pastor Yohanna Y.D Buru reassured his commitment to God saying his abilities and strength could not save his wife from death.

In a message of hope and comfort Mr. Joseph Majindadi who was a former colleague to the deceased, said she was a hard working and dedicated reporter, newscaster as well as editor with track record of humility and kind hearted attitude to work.

Well wishers, Families and Friends described Late Pastor Grace Isaac Buru as a spiritual mother who was caring, loving and whose priority in life was to serve God with diligence.

In a Condolence visit shortly after the burial, Governor of Kaduna State- Mallam Nasiru Ahmed El’rufai said the news of her demise came as a shock to the government and the entire people of the  state and prayed God to give the husband and family the fortitude to bear the irreparable lose.

The Governor who was represented by the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs Mr. Samuel Aruwan said the state would continue to identify with people especially in the areas of peace and security with a view to promote growth and development.

The Former Radio Presenter, Reporter and Editor-Pastor Mrs. Grace Isaac Buru died on Thursday 19th march, 2020 following a brief Illness at the Kaduna State University Teaching Hospital, Barau Dikko-Kaduna
