Three soldiers of Operation Lafiya Dole have been rewarded with special promotion to the next rank for their outstanding performance in the ongoing war against insurgency in the North-East.
The three soldiers, Felix Ugwu, Kehinde Goban and Ishaq Yesif, serving at Super Camp Three in Buratai, Biu Local Government Area of Borno State were also presented with generating sets and thirty-two inch plasma television sets.
Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, decorated the soldiers as part of his operational visit to the troops.
Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai encouraged other officers and soldiers to work hard and to enjoy rapid promotion.
Also speaking, Commandant of Super Camp Three , Colonel Mohammed Adamu urged them and other soldiers to maintain high standard of the army.
