The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party LP, Mr. Peter Obi, says he will approach the court to seek legal redress and reclaim his alleged stolen mandate in February 25th 2022 Presidential election.

In his first news conference after the just conclude Presidential election, the Labour Party Presidential Candidate faulted the outcome of the polls.

“We will explore all legal and peaceful option to reclaim our mandate. We won the election and we will prove it to Nigerians,” Obi said at a press conference on Thursday in Abuja.

According to Mr Obi, the process was characterized with malpractices, lack of transparency and credibility.

The LP Candidate alleged that the electoral umpire compromised the process by not keeping to their promises in conducting free, fair and credible election.

Mr Obi urged his supporters and sympathizers to be calm and peaceful while reacting to the outcome of the election.

He said the election was strictly Nigeria’s affairs and he will not involve international community in resolving the nation’s problem.
