Youths have been described as the backbone of any societal development.

Alhaji Mustapha Sule Lamido stated this in Dutse, while declaring his intention to run for governorship position under the platform of People’s Democratic Party PDP in 2023 election.

Mustapha Sule who is the son of former Jigawa state Governor called on youths to join hands in order to move the state forward.

According to him, he was forced by the state citizens to contest, pointing out that, the decision was aimed at saving the people from the present administration’s atrocities.

“After several calls from political elders, colleagues and friends, I Mustapha Sule Lamido, in the name of Allah, I will contest for the Governorship position in the forthcoming general election in Jigawa State .

He also seek for the support, cooperation and prayers from people of the state so as to succeed together.
