Emir of Dutse Alhaji Nuhu Muhammadu Sunusi has directed District Heads in his domain to protect the integrity of traditional institution.
The Emir gave the directive while turbaning two new District Heads in his palace.
He said the appointment of Sanusi Basiru Sanusi as Dan-Darman Dutse and Wada Alhaji Garu as Sarkin Fada were based on merit and loyalty to the Emirate Council.

Addressing the new District Heads, the senior councillor, Galadiman Dutse Alhaji Basiru Muhammadu Sanusi urged them to avoid any act capable of tarnishing the image of traditional institution.
During the event, Magatakardar Dutse Alhaji Amadu Malami administered the oath of office on the new District Heads and presented them letters of appointment.

Radio Nigeria reports that the ceremony was witnessed by important dignitaries from within and outside Jigawa state.
