Kano State Hisbah Board (HISBAH) has urged muslims to intensify prayers for peace and stability in the country especially during the month of Ramadan.

The Commander General of the Board Sheikh Harun Muhammad Sani Ibn Sina Stated this during a telephone Interview with radio Nigeria’s correspondent Khadijah Aliyu in kano

He pointed out that there was the need for Nigerians to pray hard for coronavirus and insecurity to become history.

According to him, the holy month of Ramadan is an opportunity for muslims to spread goodness in accordance to the teachings of Islam.

Ibn Sina noted that, philanthropists and wealthy individuals have a major role to play in assisting the needy to reduce hardship encountered by them during the holy month.

The Commander urged the public to compliment government’s efforts and abide by laid down protocols of covid-19 to curtail the spread of the disease.
