Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund-PTDF, Professor Shu’aibu Shehu Aliyu, has reaffirmed the Agency’s commitment to strengthening service delivery through closer collaboration with the National Office of SERVICOM.

He gave the assurance while receiving the Acting National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Mrs. Helen Lawal, and her delegation on a courtesy visit to the PTDF Headquarters in Abuja.

Professor Shu’aibu Shehu Aliyu noted that the engagement had deepened PTDF’s understanding of SERVICOM’s mandate and reaffirmed the PTDF’s readiness to implement initiatives that would improve operational efficiency, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and sustain a culture of excellence in service delivery.

Earlier in her remarks, Mrs. Helen Lawal said the visit was to present a policy brief on SERVICOM, inaugurate the PTDF SERVICOM Committee, strengthen institutional support for service delivery initiatives, and sensitise staff through capacity-building programmes.

The Acting National Coordinator also reaffirmed SERVICOM’s commitment to promoting efficient, transparent, and citizen-centred service delivery, adding that the agency would facilitate local and international training opportunities to enhance excellence in public service.
