Governor Babagana Zulum, of Borno State has made an urgent appeal for the deployment of more troops and high-tech military equipment to ensure the safety of residents across the state.

During the visit, Governor Zulum sympathized with the affected families and survivors, assuring them that efforts are underway to rescue those abducted, restore security, and provide immediate humanitarian support.

In response to the displacement, the state government has commenced the distribution of relief materials and established community cooking points to provide immediate food for the survivors in Pulka.

He reassured residents of the government’s commitment to rebuilding destroyed structures and enhancing security presence in the area.
