Federal Government College FGC, Kaduna, has emerged overall winner of the secondary school category at the second edition of the IMJ Group Schools Quiz Competition held in Kaduna State.

The academic contest, organised by the Ibrahim Mohammed Jamil IMJ Group, took place from December 8 to 13, 2025, and attracted over 750 students from more than 150 primary and secondary schools across the state.

FGC Kaduna topped the secondary category, with its four-member team receiving 5G tablets each and a cash prize of ₦300,000.

Christ Ambassadors International School placed second with ₦200,000, while Great Panaf School came third, winning ₦100,000 and other rewards.

In the primary school category, Cleverland Academy emerged winners, securing 5G tablets for each team member and ₦300,000 in cash.

Maryam Yusuf Memorial School finished second with ₦200,000, while Kamtos School placed third, receiving ₦100,000 and additional prizes.

Government Secondary School, Narayi Senior, and UBE Primary School, Hayin Malam Bello, Rigasa, were each awarded ₦100,000 as Best Performing State Public Schools.

The event, held at the Sardauna Memorial College Hall, Ungwan Dosa, emphasized the IMJ Group’s commitment to promoting quality education, healthy competition, and academic excellence across Kaduna State.
