Muslims have been urged to make supplication to God at the most appropriate time that is likely to be answered.

Imam Abdulhameed Badmas Yusuf stated this in his Juma’at sermon at Hilal Crescent central mosque in Ilorin,Kwara state.

He said the scriptures have specifically mentioned the period upon which a Muslim is expected to make supplications to God and it will be accepted.

According to him it is advised that Muslims make supplication during the Juma’at prayers ,in the middle of the night, during Ramadan ,or prayer observed or offered after completion of ablution among others.

Imam AbdulHameed advised Muslims to remain committed and observe their prayers with all the seriousness it deserves.
