As part of its civil-military relations, the Nigerian Army has handed over two blocks of seven classrooms and a staff room in Tudun Biri, Igabi LGA to Kaduna State Government.

Presenting the keys of the facilities to officials of the State Government on behalf of Chief of Army Staff, the General Officer Commanding One division, Major General Abubakar Sadiq Mohammed Wase said the gesture was aimed at enhancing access to education.

He urged residents of the community to reciprocate the gesture by enrolling their children and wards in the school to promote teaching and learning.

Responding, Commissioner for internal security and home affairs, Dr Sule Shu’aibu assured of the State Government’s continuous collaboration with the military in securing lives and property in the community and beyond.

He disclosed that the State Government would provide staff and other enablers for academic activities to commence in earnest.
Dr Shu’aibu expressed gratitude to the Nigerian Army for providing the facilities to the people of the area.

In a remark, the village head of Tudun Biri, Malam Balarabe Garba expressed gratitude to the Nigerian Army and the Kaduna State Government for the gesture.
On December 3 2023, a Nigerian Army drone erroneously attacked residents of Tudun biri, leading to the loss of many lives and property.
