The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has described Borno State as Nigeria’s most resilient state, citing its remarkable ability to overcome numerous challenges over the years.

During a courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor, Alhaji Umar Isa Kadafur, in Maiduguri, the Minister commended the people of Borno for their steadfastness, courage, and determination in the face of adversity.

The visit was part of activities marking the meeting of the APC Commissioners of Information Forum.

He noted that Borno’s experience over the past decade has demonstrated the courage and perseverance of its people, who continue to rebuild and move forward despite the difficulties they have faced.

The Minister emphasized that the people of Borno embody the spirit of strength and endurance that characterizes Nigerians, adding that their ability to recover and progress serves as an inspiration to the entire nation.
