President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will broadcast to the nation on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7 a.m., to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary.

The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement, urged all television and radio stations, as well as other electronic media outlets, to hook up to the network services of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) and the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the for the broadcast.

Onanuga said the nationwide address is part of activities to commemorate the country’s Independence Day.
