Mr. Yunusa Shehu Pambegua explained that in the process of defending their budgets, the Chairmen of some local government councils demanded for addition to cover for personnel and overhead costs.

Chairman of the committee said after the local government Chairmen presented their budget performance and defended their budget, the committee realised that some local governments need adjustment in their budget size and were asked to put it in writing.
