Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State received a delegation from Saudi Arabia, led by Sheikh Nuhu Idris Fallata, the head of the Saudi agency responsible for the feeding of pilgrims.

According to Radio Nigeria, the delegation visited the governor to offer condolences over the recent passing of his mother and son.

Sheikh Fallata prayed for the repose of the souls of the deceased, expressing sympathy and support for the governor during this difficult time.

The delegation also commended and honoured the Governor Namadi for his concern and dedication to the welfare of pilgrims.

According to the delegation, Jigawa State made an impressive outing during the 2024 Hajj exercise.

Those that accompanied the delegation include the Director General of the state pilgrims welfare board, Alhaji Ahmed Umar Labbo, Director Operations Alhaji Muhammad Garba among others.
