The Emir of Yauri, Dr. Mohammad Zayyanu, has called on the Federal, Kebbi State Government and security agencies to redesigned their security architecture to rescue the remaining eleven female students of the Federal Government College Birnin Yauri who are still under the captive.

The Emir made the appeal when he received on a courtesy visit the All Progressive Congress (APC Governorship campaign team in his palace at Yauri.

He lamented the situation the parents were in for not seeing there children for over one and a half year.

The Royal father commended the effort of the Federal, State Governments as well as the security agencies for quick interventions during the incident attack and therefore appealed to redouble efforts in rescuing the remaining Once still in captive.

“Normalcy and peace has returned to Birnin Yauri town, the school has Open and students and teachers are performing their academic activities, we thank God for that journey”.

Dr. Zayyanu, also appealled to the governments and philanthropist to rehabilitate the road from Yauri to Warra in Ngasky local government area of the state which was less than 70 kilometer, adding that, the road which links to Niger state and southern part of the country had been long over due for rehabilitation and reconstruction.

The Royal Father, described the APC Governorship candidate Dr Nasiru Idris, as capable of handling the state, therefore praying for his success.

“God has already choose those who would lead this country but we should pray for a good leader who has the interest of the Common man at heart and cannot be selfish in his act”.

Earlier, the APC Governorship candidate for Kebbi state, Dr. Nasiru Idris told the Royal Father that, they were in his palace to seek for blessing and guidance.

He urged the Emir not to relent on his fatherly advise at all the times because that was what brought him to the levels he is now.
