Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has dissolved the state executive council to pave way for inauguration of a second term in office.

Mr. Godwin Obaseki, stated this at a valedictory executive council session at the Government House in Benin City.

He thanked the outgoing council members for their commitment and selfless service in development of the state.

Similarly, the Deputy Governor, Comrade Philip Shaibu applauded the Governor for his leadership style.

Responding, the outgoing Secretary to the State Government, Mr Osarodion Ogie thanked governor Obaseki for his commitment towards promoting productivity and efficient service delivery.
