Some Governorship aspirants of the people’s democratic party PDP have announced their withdrawal from the on going Governorship primary .

The Aspirants, Ibrahim Shehu Bakauye,Wadatau Madawaki and Hafiz Nahuce told newsmen in Gusau that their withdrawal from the exercise was based on alleged irregularities.

The three aspirants told newsmen that their withdrawal from the exercise was based on observed lapses in the exercise which necessitated their action and they will take step to seek redress in a appropriate manner.

Our correspondent reports that despite the withdrawal of the three aspirants, voting still continued at the state Secretariat of the party in the state capital
