President Muhammadu Buhari has left Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, for Abuja.

The President was in the Emirate to condole with the government and the people on the passing away of the former President of the country, Shaikh Khalifah bin Sa’id.

While in the country, the President also discussed bilateral matters with the new President, Shaikh Muhammad bin Sa’id.

President Buhari expressed the hope that under Sheikh Muhammad bin Sa’id, the two countries would continue to actively champion a vision of sustainable security, strengthen counter-terrorism cooperation, facilitate trade, and investment as well as promote development and prosperity.
