Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar says he didn’t visit Jigawa State to ask for votes from delegates ahead of the People’s Democratic Party PDP presidential primary election.

Atiku Stated this while addressing the state delegates at the party’s headquarters in Dutse, the state capital.

“I am thanking you for the support you have given us in the 2018 and 2019 general elections”

” We are also going for the 2022/2023 election and by God’s willing and with your support we will reach our destination”

” I am therefore before you to seek your support in the coming PDP presidential primary election” Alhaji Atiku Abubakar Explained.

Responding, the People’s Democratic party PDP chairman Jigawa State, Babandi Ibrahim Gumel assured the PDP’s delegates of support and Commitments.
