Johnson spoke to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky overnight and vowed the ” The West will not stand by as Russian President Vladimir Putin waged his campaign against Ukrainians” his office said
” I am appalled by the Horrific events in Ukraine and I have spoken to President Zelensky to discuss next steps ” Johnson said
