Former Head of State and Chairman National peace committee General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd) says Nigeria will have a peaceful election coming 2023 general elections. 

He stated this while inspecting the Malam-Alu Agro allied farm in Birnin Kudu local government, Jigawa State.

He said his committee was working to ensure the 2023 General Election was conducted peacefully across the country.

This is coming at the time the country is facing serious security challenges in some parts of the country.

General Abdulsalam Abubakar said as peace committee, they want to have peaceful 2023 general elections.

He pointed out that, politicians would play their games and the committee would also track them to ensure the game was conducted without any hitches.

The former Head of State added that, people have learnt how to vote the right candidate of their choice.
