The Presidency has denied endorsing any of the APC factions in Kano State.
A statement by the Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, stressed that the President’s support is for the APC as a party, united, strong, and not for any faction.
The statement is in reaction to a public statement by one of the factions of the APC in Kano that they have received the endorsement of President Buhari.
It clarified that President cannot tilt towards any faction when matters are awaiting adjudication by the courts.
