Jigawa State Government has relieved the appointments of 25 out of 27 Local governments secretaries in the state with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the state local government service commission, Alhaji Najib Umar and made available to Radio Nigeria in Dutse.
He explained that, the state government had relieved all the local government Secretaries except Sule Tankarkar and Buji.
Alhaji Najib Umar said the affected officers were directed to hand over all official materials at their fold to their respective local government’s directors administration and general services with immediate effect.
He added that, Governor Badaru Abubakar appreciated the contributions they rendered during their stay in office and wished all the affected secretaries success in their future endeavours.
