The Chairman Northern Speakers Forum, Speaker Kaduna state House of Assembly Rt Hon Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani on Saturday, mourned the former Councillor Afaka ward Hon Ahmad Adamu Afaka, who died on Saturday 21st August 2021 in kaduna

His condolence message was contained in a statement signed by his SA Media and Publicity, Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani.

The statement read, “ the Speaker Kaduna State House of assembly extends heartfelt condolences to the people of Afaka ward, his Immediate Family and Igabi Local Government on the passing of Hon Ahmad Adamu former Councillor who served from 1999 to 2007.

“The Speaker also commiserates with the All Progressive Congress (APC) and political associates on the death of the former Councillor who for 20 years had the privilege of playing a political role leading the people of Afaka with diligence and dedication.”

“Rt. Hon Yusuf Zailani affirms that the former Councillor who was a strong advocate for peace and development in Igabi local government demonstrated visionary leadership that was very evident to all, including his efforts to develop Afaka ward during his tenure .”

“The Speaker notes that the Hon Ahmad style of servant leadership for over two decades earned him the trust and respect of his community, and contemporaries “.

“He believes that the former Councillor good works will continue to be remembered and cherished in his community, praying almighty God to grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and comfort to the people of Afaka during this time of mourning.”
