Civil Society Organizations CSOs have task government on implementation of nutritional budget to tackling cases of malnourished children especially in northern Nigeria.

National Communication Officer, Civil Society Scaling Up Nutrition in Nigeria, Mrs Lilian Okafor made this known at an advocacy workshop in Kaduna.

She noted that all hands must be on deck to make fund budgeted for implementation was utilized appropriately for nursing mother’s and the unborn children.

Speaking, Kaduna state Secretary of the organisation , Ms Jessica Bathlomew explained that CSOs have been tracking the activities of government and also paying advocacy visits to Ministries Department and Agencies.

She said lots need to be done by the NGOs and Media in monitoring the allocation for successful implementation.
