The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN has announced new appointments in First Bank of Nigeria PLC.
The Apex Bank also announces the immediate removal of all Directors of the FBN Ltd and FBN Holdings Ltd.
In a statement the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefele said the move was to ensure financial stability of the Bank and protect the interest of minority share holders.
