The inauguration, held at the new APC State Secretariat in Katsina, brought together senior party officials, elected representatives, government appointees and political stakeholders from across the 34 Local Government Areas.

“I appreciate the support which our administration at state and federal levels have enjoyed from APC leaders, stakeholders and members. I urge you to sustain this spirit of unity and commitment for our great party as we head to the polls next year” he said.

Radda also appealed for forgiveness from party members over some of the decisions of his administration that may have hurt them, declaring that he holds no grudge against anyone in the party.

He described Katsina’s relationship with President Tinubu as longstanding and called on members of the Campaign Council to work for the President’s re-election alongside other candidates of the party seeking various elective positions.

In his address, The APC state chairman, Dr. Bishir Gambo Saulawa, called for discipline and unity, urging officials to strengthen party structures at ward and local government levels.

According to the structure released by the party, Deputy Governor Faruk Jobe will serve as Co-Chairman I, Senator Hadi Abubakar Sirika as Co-Chairman II and Dr. Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa as Co-Chairman III, while the state APC Chairman, Bashir Gambo serves as Deputy Chairman of the Council.
