The Chairman of the Ama Foundation Alhaji Musa Bello has reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to promoting quality education and community development, describing education as the greatest investment any society can make for its future.
He stated this while addressing pupils, parents, teachers and invited guests during the 2026 graduation ceremony of Ama Memorial School held at Tudun Wada, Kaduna.
Represented by his first son Aminu Musa, the Chairman commended parents for their prayers, patience and unwavering support, noting that the success of any school depends on a strong partnership between the home and the school.
Alhaji Musa Bello also praised the headteacher and members of staff for their dedication to nurturing the pupils academically and morally.
He explained that the Ama Foundation was established with the conviction that giving back to society is a responsibility rather than an act of charity, assuring the community that the foundation would continue to support the school and educational development.
The Chairman urged the graduating pupils to uphold faith, pursue knowledge continuously and maintain good character, describing integrity as a lifelong asset.
Alhaji Musa Bello prayed for Allah’s guidance and success for the graduates in their future endeavours.
Earlier, the Headteacher, Mr. Nasir Musa, congratulated the graduating pupils for their resilience, dedication and perseverance throughout their academic journey.
He described graduation as a milestone rather than the end of learning and encouraged the pupils to embrace greater opportunities ahead.
Mr. Musa also acknowledged the contributions of the school’s Chairman, management, academic and non-academic staff, as well as parents, for their collective efforts in building a learning environment that promotes excellence and moral values.
In his valedictory address, the Head Boy, Usman Musa Kargi, expressed gratitude to the founder, management, teachers and parents for their support throughout their years in the school.
He described the founder as a philanthropist whose vision had provided children with quality education and hope for a brighter future.
The Head Boy encouraged his fellow graduates to remain hardworking, disciplined and committed to the values they had acquired, while pledging to strive for academic excellence and exemplary character.
Also speaking on behalf of the graduating class, Shema Walikasim thanked the Ama Foundation for providing modern classrooms and instilling discipline, excellence and good character.
She urged her classmates to uphold humility, hard work and the spirit of giving back to society wherever they find themselves.
The graduation ceremony featured speeches, cultural presentations and the presentation of certificates and awards to outstanding pupils, marking the successful completion of their primary education.
The event was attended by the Kaduna state Commissioners for Education Education and the Humanitarian Services, Chief Medical Director National Eye Center, Kaduna.
