Muslims have been urged to be conscious of the importance of Islamic month to enable them observe the required supplications to receive reward.
Imam Adam Jamiu made the call in his Juma’at sermon at Hilal Crescent central mosque in Ilorin Kwara state.
He said Muslims are enjoined to fast in some days within some months.
According to him all righteous deeds are observed as enshrined in the holy Qur’an by Almighty God.
Imam Jamiu advised Muslims who are still owing Ramadan fasting of last year to repay back before the the new month is sighted.
