President Bola Tinubu has called for enhanced efficiency, improved strategies, and more measurable results in the ongoing efforts to address insecurity across parts of Nigeria.

The President made the call dunring a closed door meeting with the heads of intelligence agencies and the nation’s service chiefs at the State House.

Briefing the press after the meeting, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, described the engagement as productive.

He explained that the President provided clear directives and fresh strategic guidance aimed at achieving more decisive progress in combating all forms of insecurity.

General Oluyede assured Nigerians that security agencies are strengthening coordination and operational synergy to ensure that citizens are able to celebrate the yuletide season in a peaceful and secure environment.
