Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar Namadi, has flagged off a ₦14 billion road construction project in Malam Madori Local Government Area, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to infrastructure development under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The ceremony was held during his official visit to the area through the Jigawa State Government Citizen Engagement Programme.

The event also featured the presentation of brand-new vehicles to eight All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwarts and grassroots mobilisers in Jigawa North-East Senatorial District.

The vehicles were provided by Senator Ahmed Abdulhamid Malam Madori to strengthen party structures and promote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope vision across the state.

Governor Namadi commended Senator Malam Madori for his loyalty, generosity, and dedication to advancing the party’s developmental agenda.

He said the gesture should motivate other APC members to intensify efforts in support of the President and the state government’s development programmes.

Senator Malam Madori reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty to the APC, President Tinubu, and Governor Namadi, noting that the donations would empower party members to mobilise support across the zone.

He highlighted major federal projects recently approved for Jigawa, including the Police Training Institute in Kafin Hausa, Federal College of Education in Malam Madori, and Federal College of Agriculture in Kirikasamma.

The senator also praised Governor Namadi’s ongoing reforms, including the newly flagged-off 47-kilometre road project and rehabilitation of hospitals and primary healthcare centres.

He stressed that APC leaders across Jigawa North-East remain united behind the party’s leadership, with full support from federal and state lawmakers, council chairmen, and councillors.

Observers described the event as a strong demonstration of unity and synergy among APC leaders in driving the Renewed Hope Agenda at the grassroots.
