Gumel Emirate Council has issued a letter of commendation to the Chairman of Maigatari Local Government, Alhaji Usman Muhammad Na Allah, in recognition of his significant efforts in curbing social vices within the community.

The commendation was conveyed by a delegation led by Sa’in Gumel, Alhaji Sani Abdullahi, on behalf of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Gumel, Alhaji Ahmad Muhammad Sani.

The Emir praised the chairman’s unwavering support for committees promoting moral values across Maigatari and the greater Gumel Emirate, noting that these efforts have led to notable improvements in curbing immoral behavior.

His Royal Highness encouraged the chairman to intensify his commitment and called on leaders and stakeholders at all levels to strengthen cooperation for the progress and moral upliftment of the region.

In his response, Alhaji Usman Muhammad Na Allah expressed gratitude for the recognition, describing it as a strong motivator to continue initiating projects that benefit the community.

He also commended members of the social vices committee for their dedication and service.

The recognition highlights ongoing efforts by the Gumel Emirate to support moral and social reforms aimed at building a safer and more responsible society.
