District Head of Kafin Hausa, Dan Amar of Hadejia, Alhaji Aliyu Usman Ginsau, has commended Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State for executing a series of capital projects across the state over the past two years.
The district head made the commendation during a book launch held in Kafin Hausa town.
Speaking at the event, Governor Umar Namadi expressed gratitude to the author for documenting a detailed history that will benefit future generations.
Malam Umar Namadi also pledged to direct the state ministry for education to purchase copies of the book for the use of students in public schools.
During the event, Governor Umar Namadi purchased seven copies of the book on behalf of his family at sum of one million naira while the state ministry for local Governments purchased the book at the sum of two million naira and senator Representing jigawa North East one million naira.
Others include Hadejia Emirate local Governments two hundred thousand naira each, chairman of kafin Hausa local Government Five hundred thousand naira as well as government, private organisation and individuals.
Over seven million naira was realized during the launch of a book on the history of the District Head of Kafin Hausa, Dan Amar of Hadejia, Alhaji Aliyu Usman Ginsau, in Kafin Hausa town.
Radio Nigeria reports that, the book, authored in Hausa by Kaila Ahmad Sabo, dwells on the life and contributions of Alhaji Aliyu Usman Ginsau, the Dan Amar Hadejia and District Head of Kafin-Hausa.
