Wife of the Kaduna State Governor, Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani, has distributed food items and clothing to orphans, less privileged and teachers at Hayin Na’iya in the state.

The event to place at Ummul Muminina Hafsat Islamic Academy in Hayin Na’iya, Kaduna.

Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani who was represented by Hajiya Aisha Idris Maman ‘Yan Uku emphasised the need for wealthy individuals to assist the poor people and less privileged among their communities.

“Her Excellency believes that orphans and the less privileged deserve love, care, and support just like every other child” She said.

“This initiative is not just about providing food and clothing; it is about showing them that they are valued and not forgotten”.

” We encourage everyone who has the means to extend a helping hand to those in need,” she stated.

Speaking at the occasion, the Headteacher of the school, Malam Hassan Abubakar, expressed profound gratitude to the wife of the governor Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani for her continued support.

He noted that this was the second consecutive year she had provided food and clothing to orphans, the less privileged, and teachers, in addition to her long-standing commitment to caring for orphans for over a decade.

“For over a decade, Her Excellency has taken it upon herself to care for orphans, providing them with essential needs beyond just food and clothing. This is the second year she is extending this gesture to our school, and we cannot thank her enough” He said.

“We pray that Allah grants her good health and continues to bless her efforts,” he said.

Similarly, the head of the students, Malama Fatima Abdullahi, and one of the orphan beneficiaries, expressed their appreciation, describing Hajiya Hafsat as a mother to them and all.

They prayed for Allah’s continued blessings upon her.

During the event, beneficiaries received food items, wrappers, and shadda fabrics to celebrate Sallah in comfort.

Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani’s continued humanitarian efforts have earned her widespread admiration, reinforcing her dedication to uplifting the lives of the less privileged in Kaduna State.
